Calendar of Events - 2020
March 4, (Wed.) Final date for entries for hand delivered art
Mailed entry forms must have been delivered by this date / Online entries should be submitted by 9pm
If you do not have an e-mailed confirmation [or phone call if you have no e-mail],we do not have your entry. (Please call)
March 7, (Sat.) • 9am - 11am (Snow date March 8) - Hand delivered entries.
Walk-ins w/o prior applications may hand deliver artwork for additional fee of $15 per form.
(Note! You can avoid this fee by entering Online by the previous Wednesday night. See guidelines for details).
March 11, (Wed.) • 8pm - Final Day for Digital Entries submitted online
March 14, (Sat.) • Noon - 5pm (Snow date March 15) - Jurying Process
March 18, (Wed.) Artwork selected by jurors will be listed by Artist last name and Title of artwork.
As soon as the results are verified, they will be posted at monsonartscouncil.org (18th is the latest date.)

March 21, (Sat.) • 9am - 11am (Snow date March 22) - Pickup of hand delivered art that has not been selected by jurors.
11:30am - 1pm: Delivery of digitally submitted art that has been selected.
9:00am - 1pm: Delivery of Sales Shop Items
