Dear Regional Art Organization,
You are invited to participate in the Monson Arts Council 3rd Annual Festival of Art, to be held in Memorial Hall Monson, on April 4, 2020 from 1:00 – 4pm.
Our Festival of the Arts— which coincides with the Opening Day and Artist Reception of our 27th Annual Spring Art Exhibition and Sale — will be a special networking event for area artists and art groups, as well as a chance for each of you to promote your organization.
We are offering up to 12 8’x8’ (approximately) booth spaces in Memorial Hall where you may display members work for sale and distribute information about your organization. There is no charge for non-profit booths. Fee for profit making organizations will be $25. Booths will be assigned to the organizations which sign up first. You will be responsible for display boards and tables in your space.
Organizations may offer member’s work for sale. A 20% commission on sales will be payable to the Monson Arts Council.
All participating organizations will be listed in our advertising, on our FB page, on our web site, and in our program.
All our prize winning awards for the Spring Art Exhibit will be made at the Festival in Memorial Hall. This was very successful last year bringing dozens of artists, their families and friends into the Festival. This year we will also be introducing the booths during that process.
Please respond by March 15. We will accommodate as many as we can. Book early, first come, first served.
