2021 - Spring Art Exhibition & Sale

Our Award Winners

The show ran from May 11th - 30th, 2021
at the House of Art, 200 Main St, Monson, MA 01057.

 

118 pieces of artwork were exhibited, contributed by 79 different artists.

Two well attended workshops were run:

Cindy Snow lead the Poetry Workshop - "Hear it!  See it!  Write it!" 

David Dupius lead the Drawing Workshop - “I Wish I Could Draw."

  • Cynthia Consentino

Cynthia Consentino lives and works in Buckland, Massachusetts.  She received a MFA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a BFA from The Cooper Union College of Arts and Sciences, New York, NY.  She teaches at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Holyoke Community College.

  • Erik Gehring

Erik is a freelance photographer who specializes in trees and natural landscapes. He is the current Education Coordinator at the Hyde Park Art Association, and he is a past President of the Boston Camera Club. He also teaches at the Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts in Boston.

  • Holly S. Murray

Holly S. Murray grew up amidst the wild beauty of rural New England. She is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a B.F.A. in painting and printmaking. She holds a M.F.A. from the University of Massachusetts. For the past fifteen years, Murray has overseen the Ceramics Department at Springfield College and is the Director of the William Blizard Gallery. She maintains a studio in Wilbraham, MA.
